Condition

Return items in brand-new, unused condition. They must not show marks or signs of use.

Packaging

Keep the original box and packaging where possible. It helps protect the item while it is being returned.

For change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns, the customer arranges return postage. Warranty shipping is arranged with S1 after the issue has been reviewed.

Shipping and refunds:
original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns. For an exchange, credit, or refund, contact the team so the appropriate option can be confirmed for the order.
