The 60-day return policy is designed to keep the process clear. Read these points before posting an item so the team can assess the return quickly and give you the correct return address.

How a return works
Tell the team whether the request is for a warranty issue, change of mind, wrong size, exchange, credit, or refund.
Wait for the return address and instructions before posting. Use the original packaging when possible and keep any relevant order details with the request.
For change-of-mind or incorrect-size returns, the customer arranges return postage. Warranty shipping is arranged with S1 after the issue has been reviewed.
