S1 Helmets Australia
Start with the rider’s head measurement. The S1 Lifer system uses three shell sizes—Mini Lifer, Lifer, and Mega Lifer—then colour-coded sizing liners to fine-tune the fit. Once the shell is right, choose the shape and model that suits how and where you ride.

How to choose
Measure around the widest part of the head: across the middle of the forehead, above the ears, and around the back. A soft tape is best; a string and ruler also works.
Mini Lifer is for 18.5–20.5 inches, standard Lifer for 20.5–23.5 inches, and Mega Lifer for 23.5–25.5 inches. The 20.5 and 23.5-inch boundaries overlap so fit can be assessed carefully.
Colour-coded sizing liners adjust the fit within the shell. A correctly fitted helmet sits level, covers the forehead, and should not rock side-to-side or front-to-back.
